BOSTON UNIVERSITY METROPOLITAN COLLEGE:
ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR, COMPUTER SCIENCE

Boston University’s Metropolitan College seeks to fill a full-time faculty position in the Department of Computer Science (http://csmet.bu.edu/), starting September 1, 2008. The successful candidate will hold a Ph.D. in CS, engineering or related field, with expertise in Multimedia, Interactive Web Technologies, Computer Graphics, Game Engineering or related fields and have a strong interest in applied research. Teaching experience is required; professional experience in one or more of these areas is preferred.  Duties include teaching six courses (including some online) per academic year, participating in curriculum development, mentoring part-time faculty and students, and administration in the Department, College and University.
