CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
The BU Center for Reliable Information Systems and Cyber Security (RISCS) invites graduate and undergraduate students from BU and other universities for The Fourth Boston University Student Conference on Information Assurance and Cyber Security.
Interested students are encouraged to submit research papers, either completed or working papers related to reliable information systems and security. The papers could be part of their course work, here at BU, or independent work completed by the presenter. The abstract will be reviewed to make sure that the work is original, and has not been published earlier at any previous student conference. We also encourage original case studies, or industry-track papers that are related to the field of information security. Please see below for topics of interest.
SUBMISSION
Please email your abstract (max 1 page), containing the paper title, author name(s), and affiliation to Prof Dhananjay Kulkarni at kulkarni@bu.edu before Dec 5th 2008.
Some papers presented during the conference will be invited for publication. Note: You are not required to submit a paper, only an abstract is sufficient by Dec 5th. The decision to invite the paper for publication will be made on the conference day.

Free! This is a free conference organized by BU Center for Reliable Information Systems and Cyber Security. If you are not presenting, we encourage you attend this event and enjoy a day at Boston University campus. Students only need to RSVP to mattslow@bu.edu by Dec 5th 2008
Lunch and refreshments will be provided to all attendees at the conference.
AWARDS
Best paper award will be given to the student with the best paper/presentation.
